Kadosh Partner Program Terms

The short version

• You share your own link. We talk to the buyer and close the sale.
• You earn 30% of the upfront fee on sales 1–10 and 35% from your 11th sale: $600, then $700, on a $2,000 seat. Never on monthly fees.
• Buyers who claim through your link get $200 off. That does not come out of your pay.
• We pay every Friday. No minimum.
• All Kadosh Bot Enterprise payments are final. No refunds. If a payment is still reversed, no commission is owed on it.
• Be honest: label results, use the disclaimer, never promise income.
• Ticking the box and typing your name on the application is your signature.

1. This agreement

These terms are a binding contract between you (the "partner") and Haendel Adelson, doing business as Kadosh & Co ("Kadosh & Co", "we", "us", "our"). They cover the Kadosh Partner Program: sharing Kadosh Bot Enterprise and earning a commission on sales you refer.

You accept these terms when you tick the agreement box and type your name on the partner application. If you do not agree, do not apply.

2. Who can join

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to sign a contract.
• We review every application. We can say yes or no to anyone.

3. Your pay (commission)

• Sales 1–10: 30% of the upfront fee. On a $2,000 upfront fee, that's $600.
• From your 11th sale: 35% of the upfront fee. On a $2,000 upfront fee, that's $700.
• The percent is worked out on the upfront fee before your buyer's $200 discount.
• You earn on the upfront fee only, never on the $250 monthly retainer. If a buyer is allowed to pay monthly only, with no upfront fee, there is no commission on that sale.
• A sale counts when the buyer has paid the upfront fee in full and we mark the deal closed in our records. Our records decide which sales and amounts count.

4. Your buyer's discount

• Buyers who claim through your link get $200 off the upfront fee.
• The discount does not come out of your pay.

5. Who gets credit for a sale

• The buyer claims through your link, or you tell us about them before we close the deal and we add them for you.
• If the same buyer (same email or phone) claims through two partner links, the first claim gets the credit.
• A claim lasts 60 days. If the buyer hasn't booked a call by then and claims through another partner's link, that partner gets the credit.

6. Payouts

• We pay every Friday. No minimum.
• We pay by PayPal, Zelle or direct deposit.
• We may ask for tax forms (like a W-9 in the US) before we pay you. You handle your own taxes.

7. No refunds; reversed payments

• All Kadosh Bot Enterprise payments are final and non-refundable (see section 8 of our Terms of Service).
• If a buyer's payment is still reversed (by a chargeback, a refund the law requires, or a duplicate charge we return), no commission is owed on the reversed amount.
• If we haven't paid you for that sale yet, its commission is canceled. If we already paid you, we take it out of your next payout(s).

8. Posting rules

• Label every result: Backtest, Forward or Live.
• Put the risk disclaimer in your captions.
• Never promise income or guaranteed returns.
• Tag your posts #ad or #affiliate (or use the platform's paid-partnership label).
• Send us your first 3 posts before you post them. After that, you're on your own.
• Post about Kadosh Bot Enterprise at least 2 times a week.

9. Not allowed

• Spam, fake reviews, or fake or edited results.
• Claims about Kadosh Bot Enterprise that aren't in our own materials.
• Pretending to be Kadosh & Co, or making promises for us.
• Link names that look like Kadosh itself (like "kadosh-official").
• Aiming your posts at people under 18.
• Buying anything through your own link to earn a commission.

10. Your dashboard link

• Your dashboard link is private. Anyone who has it can see your numbers.
• If it gets shared by mistake, ask us for a new one. The old one stops working.

11. Ending the partnership

• You or we can end it at any time.
• We still pay you for sales closed before it ended, unless you broke these terms. No commission is owed on sales tied to a breach.

12. You're independent

You are an independent partner, not our employee or agent. You can't sign anything or make promises for us.

13. Florida law & courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any lawsuit about these terms must be brought only in the state courts located in Broward County, Florida, or the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. You agree to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Electronic signature

Ticking the box and typing your full name on the application is your electronic signature and is as binding as a signature on paper, under the U.S. E-SIGN Act and Florida's Uniform Electronic Transaction Act. We keep a record of your typed name, the date and time, and the version of these terms you signed. Our electronic records of your acceptance are proof of it.

15. Your data

We use your name, email, phone and social profile to run the program and to pay you. Buyers see the name you chose to show on your link page. Buyers' details stay with us: you see their first name and last initial only. See our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new version date, and we will tell partners by email. Changes apply no earlier than 14 days after we post them. If you keep sharing your link after a change applies, you accept it.
